Alvaro was born in a small town in Chile and at 12 years old he started practicing juggling in his own, which gave him a new perspective of life. After travelling to different countries he starts to give juggling workshops in project of the ministry of social development of the Chilean government to kids in situation of vulnerability and poverty, trying to make their life condition better by developing artistic abilities.

Now he teaches different workshops in many cities around Chile and organizes the Convencion Chilena de Circo y Arte Callejero.
